We are not responsible for the standard of accommodation, facility closures, renovations or changes made by the supplier after booking.

Tours, Transfers and Cruises

Tours, transfers and cruises are operated by independent third-party suppliers and are subject to their own booking conditions, itineraries, inclusions and cancellation policies.

Itineraries, departure times, ports of call and inclusions may change without notice due to operational, weather or safety reasons.

We act as booking agent only and are not liable for the acts, omissions or service standards of these suppliers.

Special Requests and Accessibility

Accepted Answer

Special requests such as dietary requirements, room preferences, seating, celebrations or accessibility needs are passed on to suppliers but cannot be guaranteed.

Please advise us of any accessibility requirements, mobility restrictions or medical conditions at the time of booking so we can communicate these to suppliers, however confirmation and provision of suitable facilities remains at the supplier's discretion.

We are not liable where a supplier is unable to accommodate a special request.
